This empirical study aims to investigate and explore whether there are differences between men and women managers in their leadership behavior and styles by focusing on the Palestinian institutions, depending on Transformational and Transactional leadership theories. This study was conducted depending on the perspectives of men and women Palestinian managers and employees by using the quantitative research.
