The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between social capital and collaborative management in offices. In the results obtained from the research, it was observed that there was a significant positive relationship between social capital and collaborative management. Also, this relationship between all three dimensions of social capital (relational, contextual and structural dimensions) of social capital with positive and meaningful participatory management was obtained. In the study of social capital of managers, according to their individual characteristics, except for their gender, no significant difference was observed in other individual characteristics of the study.
